Enlightenment is often presented as a distant and extraordinary condition, attainable only by few. Yet mystics and realizers of different paths have claimed that it is the natural, inherent state and birthright of every human being. Strands of Enlightenment explores the possibility that the seeds of enlightenment may already be present within ordinary human experience and consciousness.

Spiritual Practices Across Traditions An exploration of the diverse practices through which people across traditions have cultivated different strands of enlightenment.
Integral Theory An exploration of Integral Theory as a model connecting psychological development and spiritual awakening as complementary processes.
These strands may develop unevenly yet they are related, overlap and influence one another.
